Results can last 6 - 12 months and is a buildable treatment. Factors such as lifestyle and diet can cause gradual staining of the teeth over time. For example, smoking and drinking coffees and teas are big factors of staining in the long-term.

Eat a decent meal and brush your teeth prior to your appointment if possible as for the next 24 hours post-treatment it is recommended to follow the “White Diet”, as your pores are open and vulnerable to staining during this time. Aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment. Wear comfy clothes and prepare to relax. Some clients like to bring earphones and listen to a podcast or music.

What to Avoid
Coffee, Tea, Red Wine, Fizzy Drinks, Fruit Juices, Dark Condiments (soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce etc), Dark Fruits, Curry, Sweets and Chocolate, Tobacco.
What You Can Have
Chicken/Turkey, Fish (avoid darker fish, but white fish such as albacore are fine), Rice, Pasta (although pasta is fine, just be sure to avoid sauces that are coloured like tomato sauce or green pesto), White Cheese, White Onion, Egg Whites, Peeled Potatoes/ Mash potato, White Bread, Bananas, White Yoghurt, Porridge.
