Refund Policy

At Beauty Culture, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or seek a refund for a product or service.


1. Refunds for Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, we offer a 7-day refund guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase.

Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund as per the original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges - refunds will be issued first and then you may repurchase other product.

2. Refunds for Services

We strive to provide exceptional service experiences to all our clients. We do not offer refunds on any service. In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with a service you received from Beauty Culture, we offer the following options:

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service appointment to discuss your concerns and we will be happy for you to come in so we can fix the issue.

  • We may require supporting documentation or photographic evidence in cases where there was an issue with a service.


3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:

  • Used or opened products.

  • Disposable products

  • One on one eyelash extension training.

  • Gift cards.


4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the situation by offering a replacement.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–4 business days

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
